We are currently experiencing an issue with Google Kubernetes Engine customers experiencing elevated rates of packet loss in southamerica-east1-[a, b, c] due to the ongoing Cloud Networking issue beginning at Monday, 2020-10-19 13:05 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2020-10-19 14:19 and ended at 2020-10-19 14:49 (all times are US/Pacific).
