Google Compute Engine Incident #20010

We are currently experiencing an issue with Google Compute Engine customers experiencing elevated rates of packet loss in southamerica-east1-{a, b, c} due to the ongoing Cloud Networking issue beginning at Monday, 2020-10-19 13:05 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2020-10-19 13:58 and ended at 2020-10-19 14:37 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Google Compute Engine in southamerica-east1 has been resolved for all affected projects as of Monday, 2020-10-19 14:12 US/Pacific. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.
